Setting up Meetings with Computer Audio Only A pop-up window will display a list of numbers to dial, the meeting ID, a Participant ID, and Passcode. Connect to the meeting in the Zoom client as usual, then click the Join Audio button on the lower left and select Phone Call. When computer audio is not an option, attendees can connect to audio by calling a local phone number. Computer audio uses an internet connection to provide a high-quality audio experience, though quality will depend on the strength of the internet connection. The best way to join meeting audio is through the Computer Audio option in the Zoom client. All class recordings will be automatically deleted on the official last day of each semester (per the university academic calendar) + 60 days.As an alternative to toll-free and call-me minutes, Zoom provides computer audio and local call-in numbers for connecting to meetings.
This ensures that class meetings do not conflict with each other and students do not need to adjust their schedules to participate in their classes. Instructors should not reschedule their virtual classes for times and days that the class does not normally meet, nor extend class time beyond scheduled hours.
